Once you have found a product you wish to buy please call us or send us an email. We are also available to meet you either in our offices or we do organise home visits.

All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges. For all countries outside the European Union (EU), VAT will be removed.

Whilst we try to ensure that prices shown are accurate, we reserve the right to make price adjustments if it is discovered that the price is incorrect or a particular item is no longer available at the price shown.

If the price for Goods you have placed an Order for is found to be incorrect we will contact you to inform you of the error at which point you will be offered the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling your Order for any incorrectly priced Goods with a full refund for those Goods.


You can pay by BACS (bank transfer) or paypal.

Private/residential clients: we require full payment in advance. Please note we are only able to confirm the order once cleared funds have been received in our account.

Commercial clients: Please contact us to discuss opening your trade account.

We deliver anywhere in the UK and all over Europe. We can also organise worldwide shipping when possible.

All our items are made to order so delivery will depend on lead times.

The lead times for bespoke items is normally 6-8 weeks commencing from receipt of the deposit and fabric. Lead times for our designers collection is advised on each product page.

No, our delivery charge is calculated according to a number of factors including location, number of items purchased, floor level and accessibility. Please contact us with your post code to find out what charges will be applicable to your order.

Yes, we are more than happy for you to provide your own fabric.

Yes, in order to guarantee delivery times you will need to confirm your fabric choice as soon as possible after placing your order.

We make every effort to ensure colours appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers and devices, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction. Please be aware that the actual colour you see on the screen may differ to those of your ordered Goods. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur.

For all Goods made from natural materials, such as leather or wood, it is not possible to guarantee the Goods supplied will have the same colour, shade and pattern or finish as shown on the website, due to the inherent nature of such materials. Also, we cannot guarantee to match Goods exactly which have been ordered at different times.

All our products are made to order and therefore we will not be able to change such orders, make a refund or exchange. Therefore you should only place your Order if you are sure that the item and finish is right for your needs. We apologise for any inconvenienced this may cause, but rest assured, your item will be expertly crafted from the finest materials just for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Yes, all our products will be under a guarantee. This varies with the brand, we will give you all the information at the time of purchase.

Firstly please contact info@openplanliving.net to advise of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of your product(s). Please provide us with photographs of the damage to enable us to facilitate the right course of action for you. We will then advise how to move forward with the return of your product(s).

When sending any item back to us, it is important that you save all the original packaging. Please insure that it is packaged as it was when it arrived with you, if the packaging was damaged, extra packaging may be required. We can give guidance on this.
