Kassavello is a trade-only bespoke furniture studio, founded in 2014 by Ana Azevedo and Renata Teixeira, working exclusively with interior designers, architects and contract clients.
Both founders grew up near Porto, at the heart of Portugal’s furniture-making industry, and built their careers alongside designers: Ana in luxury hospitality, Renata in design-led construction. Kassavello brings those two worlds together, giving design professionals a single point of access to Portugal’s most skilled artisan workshops.
We take projects from concept to completion, translating drawings and design intent into made-to-specification furniture for residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. Ana leads client relationships and project development from London. Renata directs production in Portugal, managing our workshop network and overseeing quality, detailing and logistics on every piece.
The result is a studio that works as an extension of your own, fluent in both the language of design and the craft of making.

Co-founder and Head of Client Relations
Ana works directly with interior designers and architects from first brief to installed piece, making sure every detail of a project is understood, quoted and delivered as designed. Her background in luxury hospitality shaped a simple conviction: service is part of the product.
Renata Teixeira
Co-founder and Operations Director
Renata runs production on the ground in Portugal, working day to day with the artisans who make each piece and managing every stage from technical drawing to delivery. Drawing on her experience in design-led construction environments, she brings a rigorous approach to quality and coordination: nothing ships until it is right.
