We develop bespoke furniture solutions for interior designers and architects, coordinating the production of made-to-specification pieces through a network of specialist workshops in Portugal.

Each project is tailored to brief, with a focus on materials, detailing and execution, so the finished piece matches the design intent exactly.

A single piece will often pass through several pairs of hands, bringing together expertise in woodworking, upholstery, metalwork and finishing.

Bespoke Process

1. Share your vision

Send us your concept, sketches or specification with a brief description of the piece. We return a detailed quote within six working days.

2. Design & Technical Drawing

Once the quote is approved, we produce technical drawings for your sign-off before anything enters production.

3. On site survey (if necessary)

Site surveys can be conducted before drawings are finalised to ensure the furniture is designed and manufactured for smooth delivery and installation.

4. Finishing samples

We send physical samples of finishes, so you approve exactly what your client will receive.

5. PRODUCTION WITH PROCESS UPDATES

Your piece is made over seven to ten weeks, depending on complexity, with progress photographs of detailing and finishing along the way.

6. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Subject to project location, white-glove delivery and installation services can be provided if required.

Sideboard with integral book holders

A true heirloom piece of furniture, this unique sideboard integrates specialist walnut veneer work with bespoke brass book holders. One of our all-time favourite commissions.

Brass, leather and oak desk

With enduring timeless appeal this sophisticated and elegant desk is formed from solid oak set within an antique brass frame and finished with the finest leather. Discreet brass handles have been masterfully inset into the drawers by our artisan team.

Beaten brass and marble console

Creating an elegant statement, this beautiful console has been fashioned from hand-selected carrara marble and a ‘beaten brass’ frame – a unique organic finish developed exclusively for Kassavello.

Timeless console

Exuding class and grace this console table combines two elegant materials – Carrara marble and dark bronze, exemplifying the finest craftsmanship. Softly curved edges and simple lines ensure that this piece will remain a timeless classic for many years to come.

Our artisan team thrives on creating beautiful finishes and well-constructed pieces that defy their elegant appearance. This sleek sideboard features linear ashwood detailing on the doors complimented by sturdy slim metal legs.

This contemporary storage unit has been spray coated in a lacquer RAL finish and completed with sleek inset handles.

Angular legs and an inset top create a striking silhouette that defines this exquisite console. Functional drawers are completed with a geometric vinyl wallcovering.

Practical and sleek, this overarm side table is the perfect piece to balance drinks and snacks. Crafted from deep brown ashwood and inset with exquisite ‘silver roots’ stone, this appealing piece complements a variety of sofa and chair shapes where space is at a premium.
